What is one benefit of apprenticeships? Learning has to be the biggest - however not the only - benefit of being an apprentice!

What is piece of advice do you have for others considering a career in construction? Safety first, always. If you are not prepared to work hard, this is not the career path for you. It is challenging work, also very rewarding.

The best part about being a union member? For me, I would have to say having an entire community of people behind my back to support and help me when in need.
